Ma'am was very nice and friendly. I was touched by her concern for my underweight. Nevertheless what matters is the result, I went for general eye check-up. She got me a number of -0.25 spherical to -0.75 cylindrical. I was not able to see far objects clearly after I got my glasses. After spending 2k I had to go for an eye check-up again to a different hospital. my final number was -0.75 spherical and -0.25 cylindrical which is very different from what I got from her machine and testing.I can not disagree that she must be a great doctor, but either her machine is incorrect or idk but I got the wrong number.

After a couple of tests at the clinic, Dr. Neha prescribed medication for 16 days and gave some advise to bring minor changes in daily activities to further protect my eyes from harm. As of now, after 8 days since the visit, my eyes feel a lot better; not watering and itching as they used to prior my consultation with Dr. Neha. Eager to complete the course of medication and confident to have a trouble free pair of eyes soon.

The experience was very good n so was the doctor she not only diagnosed me but also educated me on the problem.

Dr Neha is super friendly and cordial. She explained the issue very well and gave the appropriate medicines. I am grateful to her for listening patiently and resolving my concerns. Will definitely visit again.
