I met Neha for therapy after I joined a new office and got a lot of stress. I became depressed and also fought with my family. Someone recommended me to take therapy with Neha. I did not want to, but I am glad I did.

It was difficult to explain everyone how I was struggling with work, but Neha worked with me to not just tackle the toxic work culture, but also address some underlying issues I had. I recommend her. She is kind and patient, and she helped me change my perspective to a healthier one.

When I started my sessions with Neha, she addressed the issues at core which even I wasnt aware of and when I started to work on those issues which included lack of self love, low confidence, etc. I wasnt aware that they would help me at such a vast level and in a diverse amount of situations.
