When I went to see Namrata ma’am, I was overwhelmed, and weighed down by the pressure of academics struggles. Every day felt like a battle I wasn’t enjoying here. I thought about quitting college. But she created a safe space where I could lay down my burdens all over the table.

After a few months of therapy, I’ve slowly started building resilience within myself, facing them head-on, and my friends have noticed the change too.

I started going to therapy in 2022. And I am glad that I found Dr. Namrata and Dr. Vikram at Synapses Neuropsychiatric clinic. It has been a wonderful experience. They have collectively helped me to figure out my own patterns and break my cycle of anxiety, depression and OCD. I have changed as a person in ways that I can't even fathom.They are supportive, they are good listeners. And yes, they are your doctors but they get you as a good friend. And for me that was and still is very important. The best part is, they always remember your story. They know exactly where to catch up from. Get in touch with them and see how this little progress leads to bigger changes in your life for the good. Going to therapy has been one of the best decisions I have made towards healing myself. I visited Namrata for stress management issues and I must say it was a truly wonderful and helpful experience. She is a great listener and is very patient in her approach. Additionally, she carves out time in case you need help over the phone and the session isn’t scheduled for a few days. I felt that after talking to her the problems that I had in my head weren’t as big as I thought them to be and post every session I felt more confident and happy leaving her clinic. I visited Namrata maam for my ocd treatment. Let's understand what's ocd is. It's very clever illness. So it requires good knowledge, which is possessed by few psychologists. Her USP - available round the clock for patients and takes regular follow ups.

She is one of those psychologists for which patient's well being and Comfort comes first more than anything else. She is very patient in listening to patient's problems and is able to help patient See their problems from a third perspective which is of Great use in Clinical counselling.I have been visiting her for more than a year now. She helped me recognise my behaviour patterns which was of great help to see what actions I was doing repetitively which resulted in trouble and also provided me detailed Framework to overcome them.She is so forthcoming that I was able to ask her questions about treatment and even the issues I was struggling with. I saw two psychologists before her and I so dearly wish that I had come to her right in the begining. Anybody who has any psychological issues must atleast visit her once. Strongly Recommended.

It's been 6 months since I know Dr Namrita she is really a good person by heart she would listen to all of your problems and help you in every possible way , no matter if she is running out of time she would still listen to you like a friend I would strongly recommend her and like to say thankyou we need people like you .

Namrata made me feel comfortable from the start. Our relationship has grown and yet never transgressed into 'friendly' territory. She's empathetic whilst remaining impassive; a good listener while being adept at steering the conversation. I have also never got a sense of where her biases or slants might lie. Most importantly she does not provide me any answers, but has helped formulate the right questions. I think that's pretty much her job, and she's rather good at it.

I am very grateful to Namrata Ma'am.She had never made me uncomfortable and I never feel judged in front of her. She provided the necessary atmosphere so you can share your inner demons with grace and it seems it truly matters to her what is going on with you.
