Ms. Namrata Upadhyay

When I went to see Namrata ma’am, I was overwhelmed, and weighed down by the pressure of academics struggles. Every day felt like a battle I wasn’t enjoying here. I thought about quitting college. But she created a safe space where I could lay down my burdens all over the table.

I started going to therapy in 2022. And I am glad that I found Dr. Namrata and Dr. Vikram at Synapses Neuropsychiatric clinic. It has been a wonderful experience. They have collectively helped me to figure out my own patterns and break my cycle of anxiety, depression and OCD. I have changed as a person in ways that I can't even fathom.They are supportive, they are good listeners. And yes, they are your doctors but they get you as a good friend. And for me that was and still is very important. The best part is, they always remember your story. They know exactly where to catch up from. Get in touch with them and see how this little progress leads to bigger changes in your life for the good. Going to therapy has been one of the best decisions I have made towards healing myself. My time with Ms Namrata was generally positive

I visited Namrata for stress management issues and I must say it was a truly wonderful and helpful experience. She is a great listener and is very patient in her approach. Additionally, she carves out time in case you need help over the phone and the session isn’t scheduled for a few days. I felt that after talking to her the problems that I had in my head weren’t as big as I thought them to be and post every session I felt more confident and happy leaving her clinic. God bless her for doing such a wonderful job!
