Ms. Sakshi Goel

Ms. Sakshi Goel is a Clinical Psychologist as recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India. She completed her M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from Institute of Behavioural Science, Gujarat and is trained in psychometrics as well as neuropsychological assessments. Her specializations include working with adults and adolescents, with issues related to various psychiatric illnesses like anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, personality problems, mood disorders, substance abuse, and family and marital problems. She is trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Exposure Response Prevention Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Motivational Enhancement Therapy for the various problems enlisted, with a flexible and a client-oriented approach. She focuses on creating an environment conducive to making the clients independent in dealing with their emotional and behavioral issues and also helps the family deal with the problem in an appropriate manner.
