I took consultation from Kanika and her customized approach was great because solutions were designed just for me. I learned quickly how to: Make wise food choices and size portions to what is best for me. Get the right balance of carbohydrates, proteins and fats. The great thing is, once I understood how to eat well I haven’t been restricted to a particular menu, I don’t have to buy any prepackaged meals and best of all, I don’t have to cook to get results. I can go to virtually any restaurant and ‘design’ a meal that works for me. I feel a lot of freedom with this approach and by practicing what I’ve learned, I’ve lost weight and am maintaining it as well
