Hi, I’m Arushi Srivastava, a counselling psychologist committed to creating a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space where healing feels possible. My work is grounded in evidence based therapeutic approaches and an unwavering belief in client centered care.I hold an MA in Clinical Psychology from Amity University and have trained across diverse clinical settings including Manoveda Psychiatry Clinic, Fortis Mental Healthcare, BLK Max Hospital and SPYM Drug De addiction Centre. Over the years, my experience has allowed me to support individuals facing anxiety, stress, depression, relationship difficulties, self esteem concerns and emotional regulation issues.My professional journey includes working in a sliding scale private practice model, ensuring that therapy remains accessible without compromising on quality. I have also received specialized training in ACT which enriches my therapeutic approach.What clients often appreciate about me is my ability to listen deeply, reflect gently, and help them connect with their inner strengths.
