Ms. Megha Saklani

I have been seeking therapy from Megha for almost a year now and I must say choosing her as my therapist is the best decision. In the last 10 months, she has helped me learn and unlearn my behavioral patterns and helped me adapt healthy practices. She is well-versed in her subject matter, gives a patient hearing and is extremely polite in her conduct. I can see a positive change in my life since the first time I visited her.

I have just started so it's early to evaluate but based on my first experience I would definitely like to continue with this doctor to enhance my personal development. She was attentive and helpful and we designated the main areas on which we would like to work.

She is great at what she does. *** ** *** **** * ****** ** ****** I went to couple other psychologist before her, and I always used to drop out because I was never able to connect. But i have taken more than 5 sessions till now and I can see the effect, the change in my thought process and psychological and emotional health.

I found Dr. Megha to be very soft spoken, and a fabulous, non-judgemental listener. By the end of my session I found myself very appreciative of her insights. Through her attention, she created a very safe environment for me to speak without restraint. I left my session with a sense of having begun a journey, but also with a few valuable tools that seem designed to help me cope better with the source of my anxieties.

Megha is patient and very cooperative. She pays a lot of attention to what the client says and calmly explains things. I benefitted from her counselling.

We are still in the initial stage. However, her patience and connecting the dots helps me to self-Reflect.

I think she’s really nice because she made me feel very comfortable right in the first session. I felt at ease discussing my problems with her.

She is just awesome by the way she treats her clients, her attentiveness and insightfulness in the session, her empathy and listening skills

She’s very warm and patient. Gives accurate explanations about situations and problems after hearing you out thoroughly. Has a way of guiding you by putting you in charge of the situation and that has greatly worked for me (if that makes any sense).

My therapist is great, very polite. The rapport formation was quite easy, I became comfortable with her very quickly. I really enjoy the exercises we perform. I just feel happy after every therapy, the need to be better and the urge to work on myself grows more after each therapy and all thanks to her.
