I am an RCI certified Clinical Psychologist with an MPhil degree in Clinical Psychology from IHBAS. I have completed my postgraduation in Psychology from Punjabi University Patiala. I have experience in conducting psychodiagnostic assessments, individualized therapies and counselling with adults suffering from psychiatric illness. I also have experience in community mental health and was previously associated with Manas Foundation, a Delhi based NGO where I was responsible for providing preventive and promotive mental health services to underprivileged children. I have a keen interest in the human psyche and I strive to help people deal with their mental health issues and daily stressors.
