I am beyond grateful for the transformative experience I've had working with Medha. When I first sought nutritional guidance, I was unsure of what to expect, but from our very first meeting, Medha exceeded all expectations.

Ok..so am someone who comes from a small city nd donot believes in having a dietician or something like that but when i got the chance to meet you in rishikesh.. you seems to be absolutely knowledgeable or even experienced .. nd then I realised that diet is what I was lacking.. you helped me unconditionally.. answered my every irrelevant questions with so much of patience as well.. the best thing for me about you was ..your flexibility or can say your diverse thoughts on diet like you were not someone who stics at her point of view .. you always listens to all of us nd then you sweetily given all those valuable sujjestions .. nd I have followed nd got results.. even after that camp tried reaching you out nd you were there for me.. thank you so much for helping unconditionally.. looking forward to meet you / learn from you . ..

Trust me when I say this, You can't find a better dietitian than her. I'm telling all this from my personal experience. Medha ma'am is taking care of my diet from almost last 2 years. After following medha ma'am given diet I feel very light and energetic. My performance has increased a lot. It was not easy for me to follow the proper diet that to on proper time, but Medha ma'am made me follow the strict diet. When to eat, what to eat, how much to eat, and yeah that turmeric milk how I can forget this. I can say that she is my elder sister because she treat me like younger sister. A bond not by blood, but by heart. She is 24 h available for me. she made very easy for me to eat healthy food. The more I say for you, the less it is.
