Dr. Mayank Bansal is an eye surgeon, from the premier medical institute of the country, the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, where he spent 6 years. There he was conferred with the Prem Prakash Trophy, and meritoriously received the first rank in Senior Residency. He has operated more than 2000 eye surgeries including complex vitreo-retinal surgeries and advanced cataract surgeries.Dr. Bansal is awarded the prestigious:Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS) - Glasgow, UK Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (MRCSEd)Certified by the International Council of Ophthalmology (ICO), London, UK in 2013. In pursuit of advanced skills, and cutting edge technology, he received ICO Fellowship in Vitreo-Retinal Surgery at University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), USA in 2014. Thereby bringing world class surgical techniques with him. He was subsequently invited to join as a Consultant at the prestigious Medanta Hospital, where he treated patients for nearly two years.
