Consulted doc through Apollo app for fever. He was almost 40 minutes late. Didn’t bother even saying sorry to make you wait…
The Prescription he shared is missing important information about two medicines. As per Apollo digital consultation, patients can message queries and doctors need to respond within 24 hours. Unfortunately, this doctor doesn’t seem to care about that. Queries about the prescription have been ignored. Customer care tried to contact him multiple times and they were able to reach him only once wherein he assured them he would respond to queries within 30min which he didn’t do! During this patient suffered. Regret consulting him.
