I had recurring bouts of allergic rhinitis lasting over a month which had started to get really bad and affecting my work. * *** * ***** **** ******** *** ***** *** **** ****** He's a patient listener and very attentive to every detail you mention. He diagnosed it as dust mite allergy and upped my anti allergic meds since regular allegra had stopped working. He explained all possible solutions to this, also all the necessary lifestyle changes I would need to do to keep it under control. My allergic episodes stopped soon after I started the meds, and followed up with him later on.
The doctor explained everything clearly, and the overall experience was good.

So, I am writing this after 6 months of my left ear surgery.History of my case: I had problems in my left ear since childhood, so I had to go through a surgery at that time when I was around 12 years old. All the doctor told us, was that he is suffering from an "infection". Nothing more nothing less. So After that surgery, the discharge never really stopped. And this discharge usually smells very bad (Cholesteatomic discharge smells really bad, because it the bones which decay). I knew that there is something wrong with my ear, but kept it ignoring for years, because I did not had courage to go through the surgery again. But then things changed. After meeting Manish Sir, I was able to collect all the courage to go through it again. So now I am 27, when the surgery was performed again by Manish Sir.Surgery which was performed was mastoidectomy, ossiculloplasty and tympanoplasty ofcourse.Mastoidectomy : A procedure which involves removal of cholesteatoma completely.Ossiculloplasty: A procedure to build the middle ear bones, or the ossicular chain. In my case all three middle ear bones were damaged/absent, because I had cholesteatoma for very long period of time. So In my case a TORP was placed in the middle ear. TORP is a prosthesis or a implant you can say.Tympanoplasty: And ofcourse tympanoplasty was needed to build the ear drum. Some doctors prefer to operate this kind of cases into 2 separate surgeries. First surgery sole purpose is to remove cholesteatoma, because cholesteatoma is not removed there will be no point of surgery. And after 6 months second surgery is performed to build the ossicles, while some doctors do it all at once. Mine was performed all at once. Now coming to the doctor:Manish Sir is a genius.I have visited many ent specialist, but never was really satisfied. He is the best ENT specialist I have ever gone through. The biggest thing which I like about him is the confidence with which he carries himself. He will listen to you properly, and will let you know the condition of your ear, and all possible solutions for it.And the politeness, the humbleness, the down to earth attitude of which I am a big fan of him.Now It has been 6 months, and there are no signs of foul smelling discharge from my ear. I feel so much fresh, also the hearing is slightly increased and is getting better.Thank you Manish Sir.Keep up the good work. Will meet you soon :)
The doctor explained everything clearly and the visit to the clinic was good. However, the patient is uncertain about recommending Dr. Manish Gupta, indicating a mixed experience.
Hoped for better: Explanation of the health issueTreatment satisfaction
We are quite disappointed with our experience. The doctor barely explained what the actual problem was and spoke very little during the check-up, which left me confused about my husband’s condition. The medicines that were prescribed didn’t improve his situation at all. Even after the second round of medication, his sinus pain and infection seem to still be present. *** ******** *** ****** ****** ************ *** ******* **** **** *** ******** **** *** ******** **********

I had deviated nasal septum and sinusitis for which I had consulted many doctors.
But then I got to know about Dr. Manish Gupta from google.
He dealt with great patience, explained the issue and the best possible treatment.
So, he planned a surgery and all the formalities were done very easily.
3 days later, I was done with my surgery and everything went well.
Since then, he has been in touch with me and calling me to his clinic whenever required.
Now, after 1 month of my surgery, I am happy with my decision of choosing him.
Thank you doctor!
