Its been a 3 months since I have started my weight loss journey with AYD

I have nothing much to write today , I'am just celebrating my 22kg's shredded version of myself by sharing my transformation with you all.

Now coming to the story....Yes, I was overweight... and... I faced a lot of body shaming... but....I have never been the girl who would pay a lot of attention to what others said about me.

There was a point in my life where I knew that I needed to do something for my health, and At that point, I decided that I needed to lose all the weight and become the best version of me. 💕

started my weight loss journey. With the help of good nutrition plan(AYD), an intense workout schedule 🏋& Yoga.

During this journey i saw myself transforming, started gaining knowledge & Still working on myself to become the best version of myself.

i am extremely thankful to u sana mam.u r so kind and humble. U r such a friendly neutritionist , i never felt like a strict coaching with u . I am thankful that i got to learn a lot from u .Thank u so much for all your help suggestions

● Now, after 3 months I have lost " 22" kgs of weight and " 55" inches also from all over the body. I am so thankful that I don't give up on myself.

● I am happy that I have not only lost 22 kg's but also i have learnt a lot about quantified nutrition and importance of eating sensibly.

It was very difficult to c myself gaining weight everyday. i was always healthy child...i love eating. my kid is 2.5 years old....during postpartum my weight jumped to 90 and I did not realize when it touched 96. i was very upset...coz i was trying something or the other to loose weight though i use to loose around 4-5 kgs but in next week itself it would jump back to 96...this was getting converted into depression and then more eating to get over that.

i use to wear only loose cloths only dark colors to make myself look slim..that was my mental satisfaction.

I got to know abt Ask Ur Diet from a friend of mine..who was following the Insta page...i joined that, i thought il give it a try for the last time. i use to check all the post of the happy clients and then I enrolled myself. My weight loss process was very slow..but i almost lost 8 kgs in 3 mnths..im happy as i was eating aswel. I was struggling for my weight loss since 3 years. I worked hard for my weight loss by doing gym exercises and diet plan. But dint get result. I also got my all blood test and all my reports were good except vitamin D3 insufficient (avoidable) and one hormone problem (detected 1st week of sep 2019) . I lost all Hope's of weight loss. My weight was rotating from 63.5 to 61.5 kgs.... to see weight below 61.5 was like a dream and seems impossible. Then one day I saw some pics and reviews of Dr Manish's client about weight loss...and I directly contacted manish without any appointment through whtsapp... his response was so so quick and I was impressed that without any fees paid he response to all my query about my weight loss issue. When I learnt about AYD, I started stalking the Instagram page for few weeks, I will be honest with you but in the beginning, I was skeptical, and I thought all the testimonials were scripted and paid promotions. Later I thought of giving it a try for 4 weeks, no loss in trying. When I started, I could not believe I will lose weight, the food was delicious, new recipes and I was never hungry. But by the end of week, I saw great results!

My biggest fear was, I thought I could not give up on sugars, but Wow I did it! I had read somewhere, ‘It’s all in the mind’ AYD has helped me transform my mind, I am not craving for sugar after meals as I used to! I am happy to share my feedback. I started consulting Dr. Barkha from the month of July after getting inspired from my cousin who already completed 6 months and total slim. I have also completed diet for 3 months and it helped me to reduce 9 kgs. I am still continuing it. I really happy to share my experience that your diet plan really worked and I lost around 5 kg (sustainable) fat in 1 month of period where i had followed only 3 weeks diet plan properly.
