My friend recommended dr lalit garg name for my mother knee pain . I consulted him in his VASANT KUNJ centre . Dr garg talk to my mother , listen her patiently for 20 mins and explain and give her confidence . We are really very impressed with the way he deals with patient . He give us plenty of time and send back my mother with smile on her face . Now it’s almost 20 days gone with the medication and exercise protocol and my mother is having significant relief with knee pain . He will visit him again after 1 month for follow up . Sir please continue this way and help people in pain and please don’t forget this pathway .

I consulted dr lalit garg for my knee pain . I was advised total knee replacement but I don’t want to go for surgery . I showed my both knees to dr garg . He explained everything regarding my knees problem and assured me that by taking viscosupplement injection and medication will help to reduce my knee pain for longer period . I followed his instructions and start taking medication along with injection . I can say my 80 percent of pain is reduced and I can able to walk by own without stick . Dr garg is very nice and caring and very friendly also . God bless him .

I have never seen a doctor take out medicines from their own cabinet, make a receipt and take payment via card all by themselves. * **** ****** **** ***** * ************ *** ********* *** ** *** *** **** ** * ********* *** **** *** ********** ******* *** **** *** ****** **** *** ***** capsules worth 4200 rs from their own drawer. The "anti inflammatory supplement" he has prescribed is worth rs 1400 and is called haldimax: ********* ******* ****** ******* ****** ***** *******************************************************

Hi -it is really very difficult to reply this feedback because it is always better to avoid such feedback of patient who was using abusive and foul language to the doctor faternity . Regarding treatment I want to make it clear that this patient came at 9.15 pm in night for pain in lower back / ankle and heel pain . Patient was thoroughly examined and advised to undergo X-rays for lower back and ankle region so that we could able to diagnose the problem . Patient was told about the finding in the X-rays and was assured that there is nothing significant in X-rays and we can able to treat it by giving some medication and life style modification as patient is chronic smoker used to smoke 15 cigarette a day . Accordingly patient was advised anti inflammatory /ointment and calcium supplement and exercise protocol Patient was given 35 min for consultation and doctor left the clinic at 10 pm along with housekeeping . It was correct that there is no other staff because it was 10 pm in night and all staff leave at 9 pm . We see the patient on request that there is pain which need urgent treatment . Regarding medicine how can we compel any body to take medicin from us? And last WE ALSO PRAY TO GOD THAT PLEASE AND PLEASE DO NOT SEND US SUCH PATIENTS WHO HAVE SUCH STALE VIEWS REGARDING DOCTORS.GOD BLESS

I have had A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE going to this clinic. I went here with a fracture in ankle and without any explanation or proper guidance or even taking the time to explain anything properly to me, the doctor including his two attendants **** **** ********* ** *** ***** ********Everything was rushed and I was charged 14k for just a cast and consultation.

Even if we keep the billing you should never go here with your concerns or medical problem because these people do not care about the patient, I had sent them an insurance form to fill and after a month of.

Constantly calling them and asking them to get the form filled, they said that we cannot do all this and YOU HAVE TO PAY AGAIN A CONSULTATION FEE OF 800 JUST TO GET YOUR INSURANCE FORM SIGNED which I already did the first and last time I visited this doctor.

After that they blocked me and did not pick up my calls at all* **** ****** ****** *** ** ******* ** **** **** ******* ********** *

We also had horrible experience as patient is saying all bluff and lies . We didn’t charge 14 k for plaster application . The only fault from our side is that we are not signing insurance paper as per patient demand as we cannot show admission of patient(as this is clinic not hospital and admission is must for the insurance) and cannot inflate bills for insurance person . Patients who demand all this must not come , we are not interested for treating such patients . If treatment is only problem then the patient will send me negative feedback in a day or max 7 days not after 30days . I visited doctor around 2 weeks back. I explained him about my knee condition that got 2 times Xray with multiple doctors around period of 1.5 years but didn't get any improvement. I told him that I want to get MRI for knee. But he said let's get Xray as I didn't bring my old report. So, the X-ray cost me 1800 ***** ** ***** ** **** ** ***** ******* ** **** **** *** **** ***** ** ******* *** ** **** *** ** ****** ****** ******* ***** *** **** *** ** ***** **** **** I told him let's get an MRI, but he doesn't want to purse for MRI as there is no MRI machine in his clinic. He then takes some medicines from his own clinic cabinet which is another 4522 Rs. that too for month. Btw I still got MRI and found out the issue is with meniscus having tear of grade 2/3 *** **** *** ***** ***** ******* ** ***** ** **** *** *** ***** ** ******** **** *** ******* ************* ******

Today my college going son visited Dr lalit garg in C-9 clinic for a normal muscular pain, the doctor insisted him to get an X-ray done immediately and prescribed and also gave him medicines - of Rs 2139 exclusive of X-ray (1200) and consultation (1000)charges. Before my son could say anything Dr lalit asked him to give Rs 4126.

Then I went to the clinic and requested him that I required consultation only and no medicines, he then told me to give him NEFT details. So I asked my husband to wattssapp him the details as he refused to refund me via paytm and also 3% transaction charges will be deducted. I was talking with him calmly inside the clinic but Dr lalit garg got furious and started shouting at me ** ****** * ******* **** ***** ** **** *** ***** ***** ****. By the way the bill was of 4126 total. Explanation from doctor Patient came to me with complain of lower back pain lasting for 2 weeks . I examined the patient and find swelling of lower lumbar region . Patient was advised to do xray of lower back for which he was agreed . After X-ray , patient was advised medication accordingly . Patient left clinic without any complain . After 20 min patient father call the reception and asked to talk to dr on urgent basis , that time I was busy attending patients so reception asked to call after 15 min . Once free I spoken to patient father , on Ph call he was saying to return medication immediately and refund money for which we told that it’s not a problem kindly give us neft detail and we will deduct 2 percent on transaction as you have done card payment after listening that patient father got furious and started abusing language . We immediately understand the situation and return money in cash to her mother who is standing in clinic for that . As always happens after recieveing money patient start using abusive language . Thanks for your review I want to make it clear that you have visited me on 7 th October with severe swelling in ankle and foot region and would not able to bear weight on injured side . After seeing X-ray and clinical condition I suggested to get an plaster done for 10 days for which you are agreed after discussion with your friends and family member ( took 15 mins to take that decision ). After asking cost of plaster you asked me to go for that . I removed your plaster after 10 days on Sunday evening and everything is perfect as you can walk without discomfort and there is no swelling at all .
