Dr. Kaur is one of the kindest doctor I have ever met. She is very professional and also a great listener. I had multiple medical conditions like hormonal imbalances and my mood was greatly affected by that. I gained a lot of weight, my gut was not healthy and I was also constipated. My thyroid function was also compromised moreover, I felt lethargic throughout the day. I had a few phone call consultations with Dr. Kaur and she gathered my medical history and listened to my concerns. She prepared a very personalised diet plan for me and suggested me a few life style changes which was very easy to understand and follow. By following her advice and instructions for few months, I saw a huge difference in my overall health. I felt healthy, more energetic and my symptoms were resolving gradually. My body and hormones became synergistic again.
