With all due respect to your profession but I had to write this review as I felt humiliated. You must be great Sr. consultant but sometime listening to a patient makes difference.I visited doctor Kadam Nagpal thrice. From my first visit I got the feeling that he ain’t listening to my concerns, but then I thought maybe it’s because he thinks and is sure I am not on right medication.The moment I entered the room he asked “ Haan batao kitne **** ***** I mean really ?You already assumed that I have ********, I read your bio and saw that you treat so much more other than epilepsy and also where is the language ? And then he must have noticed files in my hand so second question was like are you here for second opinion. Clarified him I don’t live in India and came to Delhi. ** ********* ** ********* ***** * *** **** ****** ********** ** **** *** *** ******* ** ** ******** ****** ***** ****** ** ** **** ******* ** ** ********** * ******* ****** *** ********** **** ** *** *** ***** ******* ***** **** ***** ********* *** **** * *** ***** **** ********** ****** *** ***** **** *** *** ****** *** **** ***** **** ******** **** * ********* *** **** **** **** ** ****** ***** ** *** **** ** ***** ***** *** ***** **** ** ********** * **** *** * ** ** **** *********** ********* *** **** *** *** **** * *** ******* ****** **** **** ******* ** **** ******* **** * *** ** ****** *** ******* * *** **** ***** **** ****** ******* *** ***** ******* *** ***** **** *********** *** ********* ** ** ************* I am not trying to question, all I am saying it feels better if your concerns are heard, he is a doctor he knows about it all but listening to a patient makes a lot of difference.I know you see many patients in a single day and gets tiring but they all pay you and come with a hope and expect that you listen to them at least *** **** ***** *** ****** **** *** ** *** ***** **** ******* ******* ** ************ *** ********* ** ** **** * **** **** ** ** ** *** ******** *********** ** ** *** ********* * **** *** ***** *** ******* * *** **** * *** ******* ****** **** * ****** ***********. I mean in the same hospital the psychiatrist suggested me to ask the neurologist but the neurologist doesn’t have time to answer****** *** ** * *** **** ********* *** ** * **** ** *** ***** ** ** ** ******** ** ******* ********* ** *** ** *** ** **** * **** ***** ********* ***** *** ** * **** **** *** * **** **** ******** ** **** * ***** **** * ** * ************* *** * ******* **** *** **** * *** ********* **** **** * *** ** ****** ******* * ***** *********** **** **** ********** ** ** *** ***** ****** ** ********** **** ** ***** *** **** ******* ** ** **** ********* ********* **** ** *** ****** ******* ******** ********** ***. And doctor kadam was well aware that I am getting treated *** ******* *** **********, even after that he wasn’t polite and never answered properly.I am paying money not coming for free treatment.Zero unprofessional ism.The door is opening and closing, someone comes and sits on a chair(another doctor) also his secretary, either you sit or just wait outside, because not all patients are comfortable about telling there issues other than doctor.And if it was about female privacy, I would rather suggest a lady nurse in the room. I wish he heard me what my concern was, just because he knew I was visiting psychiatrist he avoided all my questions saying that ask your psychiatrist. At a point my psychiatrist told me it could be something related to neurology and she referred me to him but **** doctor doesn’t want to hear your issues.After these 3 visits I felt so much anger and almost cried. *** *** ** **** ** **** ****** **** *** ********* * ** ******* ******** ***** ** ****** *** ****** *** ******* * **** ** ****** **** ***** ****************** ***** ***** ********* I came there I paid the hospital so that you listen to me, if not kind then please don’t make a joke of me or make me feel humiliated. I couldn’t even ask him all the questions because he almost made me anxious with the way he responded every time.
Dr. Kadam Nagpal explained the different types of Parkinson’s and their progress very clearly, which helped clear all our concerns. The consultation was worth the fees charged, although the waiting time was a bit longer.
