Thereafter he served as Assistant Professor in Teerthanker Mahaveer Medical College, TMU in Moradabad for 2 years. Hundreds of undergraduate and postgraduate medical students were benefited from the excellent academic skills of Dr. Saran in medical college. While performing his academic duty, Dr. Saran completed observership of Dermatological procedures in Nanavati hospital, Mumbai in between. For upgrading his skills in the field of cosmetology he did a fellowship in Medical cosmetology from Delhi. Presently he is working as a senior consultant in Metro Hospital & cancer institute, Preet Vihar since the year 2016.In the year 2017, Dr. Saran came up with his dream “ Saran Skin Clinic” in Mayur Vihar Phase 3, Delhi. He is serving a community and offering dermatological services at very affordable prices so that no group of society is left with the basic need of health and skin care. Due to extensive demand and With great response and tremendous love shown by various groups, public, and patients, Dr. Saran has now started a new branch of Saran Skin Clinic in Laxmi Nagar, Delhi.He discusses various treatment options extensively with patients and families. His enthusiasm regarding his work has upgraded his performance and practice level.
