I came here for my appointment at 1100 but the doctor here wasn’t free and they asked me to wait till 1200. And they knew that the doctor wasn’t here still the staff didn’t feel like calling me to inform this that the doctor won’t be available at the given time. Very ************** *** disappointing, what’s the point of booking an appointment on practo if the doctor isnt available. wasted my time coming here.
