I have been suffering from back pain and shoulder pain for the last 10-15 years. In the last 2-3 years the pain started spreading in the entire left side of the body. None of the treatments were showing a long-term effect.
I connected with Dr. Hema through a family member and she suggested me to take long-term session of physiotherapy. She explained to me the different factors leading to the problems in different body parts and how problem in one was connected to the other. She planned the treatment in a way that there was minimal discomfort due to the different procedures and the body got time to adapt to the therapy and exercise routine. Further, the quality of machines used at the clinic are top-notch and justifies the price associated with them. Apart from physiotherapy, she also suggested lifestyle changes to tackle these pain. It has been just 3 sittings and there are visible results.
