I got her recommendation from a friend of mine and I started taking session. I am so satisfied *** ** ***** ** **** *** ** **** I am not taking session now because I started feeling better but it is so nice of her that she still check on me time to time that how I am feeling. Dr. Heena's friendliness and welcoming nature has helped me open up a lot easier than I expected. Her way of reassuring that my feelings are valid and moulding the exercises to cope with them according to my needs has not only improved my self confidence but also has a significant impact in the betterment of my quality of life in general. She never forced me to follow any excercise that we discussed in therapy, instead if I showed my uneasiness in able to follow the exercise, she would cater to my emotions and give me an alternative way.
