I am Dr. Harshit Gupta, BAMS, MD Ayurveda, an Ayurvedic physician with academic and clinical experience from the All India Institute of Ayurveda, New Delhi.My approach focuses on understanding the individual rather than treating symptoms in isolation. I am particularly interested in Ayurvedic physiology, lifestyle, nutrition, exercise, physical fitness, metabolic health and preventive healthcare.I use Ayurvedic principles along with an understanding of modern physiology and evidence-based health practices to develop practical, individualized recommendations related to diet, daily routine, exercise, sleep and overall wellbeing.My areas of interest include lifestyle-related health concerns, digestive health, nutrition and diet planning, stress and sleep-related concerns, physical fitness, exercise and preventive health.I aim to provide consultations that are practical, individualized and scientifically responsible, while preserving the principles of Ayurveda.Consultations are available for patients in Delhi NCR and surrounding areas.
