My father underwent a bypass surgery in May 2022 under Dr. Z. S. Following the surgery, we were repeatedly assured that the bypass was “successful” and that my father would recover well. For the next three years, during every six- to eight-month follow-up, only routine blood tests were performed. ** ****** ************** ** ******* **** **** ********** Each time, we were told he was doing fine.

In the interim, we arranged an online consultation with Dr. Z. S. Please note - when I visited the hospital and asked for some records as requested by the doctor himself since could not locate his LIMA which he placed 3 years back, everyone was too busy to help , the hospital never gave those reports .. my parents were coming to the hospital and did not bring with themselves all the records but they got no help from the so called team or the records department as well
