Exteremely unconcerned doctor who kept looking at his phone while I was asking questions about my newborn to him. Ignorant of the infection which my infant was carrying after the dropping off the umbilical stump. Went to dr. Vivek for consultation for my 4.5 mo baby. Found the session totally unhelpful. He was in such a hurry that he dismissed most of my questions and concerns. Any parent will panic if they see their baby's body jittering. He is an expert so things are obvious to him but not for me. But he didn't take time to explain what it is or why. To some query he said baby might be teething. Isn't a doctor supposed to check and confirm it. It was a really disappointing experience after a wait of 1.5 hr at the hospital . would not ever come back to him.

I have been going to doctor Vivek for last 7 years. He listens to you very carefully and always has a logical reasons for his replies.. And the best part is he is always available on phone... he replies as soon as possible via sms or call whatever is best possible for him.. He always calms us down in any situation related to our kids. Highly recommended doctor.. my kids are in safe hands for sure..

He's also available on phone call for emergencies and WhatsApp or SMS for smaller queries. This is very very helpful and reassuring when you have a new born.
