Treatment is prime importance, but at least patient should have some comfort on the doctor which is badly missing. We were clearing our doubts and in between ignoring our queries, he was busy in calling next patient. *** ****** ***** ***** My parents waited for 5 hours to see the doctor, but he didn't even spend 2 minutes with them. He neither looked at the old reports nor reviewed the ongoing medications. He didn't even listen to us properly, cutting us off before we could finish speaking. It felt like the doctor was in a hurry, and we got the impression that we were being rushed out. In the end, he prescribed the same medicine that the previous doctor had given. When we tried to show him the old medication, he didn't even look and just said to stop taking it. He wrote down the same old prescription and told us to use it.
