Dr. Vimal Sharma is friendly and approachable, with a healing touch. He understands and discusses the problem well. The clinic has a positive environment, though there was a bit of waiting time. Overall, it was a comfortable and helpful consultation.

I know whoever’s reading this is probably unsure about the correct path forward and is trying to look for a good Physiotherapist for their issue. Trust me I have been there.

I visited Dr. Vimal around 5 weeks back. I was dealing with severe sciatica mimicing pain for over 2 months. No doctor or physio was able to pin-point what the issue was. Some suggested surgery, some suggested injections. Dr. Vimal was my last stop before either of the two options.

The first visit he will try to deeply understand the issue. To my surprise he was pretty sure about it (was a muscular tightness, causing issues in my SI Joint and nerve pinching).

Dr. Vimal’s lab focuses on myofascial and deep tissue releases. I have literally not seen this method being used by any physio in delhi (and I visited over 10 before him).

It used to pain a lot when they release it, but afterwards you will be in shock how well it fixes the issue. I was able to resolve my motion related pain by over 90% in just a week, and am now 99% fixed in a month of regular visits.

They not only focus on the pain areas, but identify other muscoskeletal issues in your body and try to fix them.

Big big big shoutout to Dr. Pradyumn who is an absolute rockstar and was able to identify issues in my body which even I didn’t know about. I am feeling better even more than before my injury.

I was diagnosed with L4/L5 disk bulge. I was travelling so I couldn’t start my physio therapy . Once I returned to india Dr Vimal was recommended to me by my friend and I have to say it was the best recommendation I’ve ever got in my life.

Well what to say about Dr Vimal . He is just brilliant in everything he does, whether it is physiotherapy or motivating you . He is just amazing . He doesn’t let u have a lot medicines. Trust me the doctors you visits for your injuries would prescribe you a lot of them but dr Vimal always advises not to take them . Honest initially even I didn’t believe as one think’s the doctor knows more but with my experience I can say yes they know but your physiotherapist knows the best

they are knowledgeable and I must say a lot of patience towards their clients. I have been going there for about two months and my pain is much better, it’s 80% gone and I would like to keep going there for working on my core and muscle strength.

Being into fitness and working out since the past 12 years I will really recommend every one to try this amazing Center as it will help you to learn more about your body and you will realise what is missing in your life. !!
