Dr. Varshini Shanker

Dr. Varshini Shanker is a Consultant (Paediatric Ophthalmology, Squint & Neuro Ophthalmology) in Shroff Eye Centre, Kailash Colony, New DelhiShe obtained her postgraduate and fellowship training in Ophthalmology from the prestigious Sankara Nethralaya, Chennai, she has subsequently gained extensive experience as a Consultant in Cataract, Paediatric Ophthalmology, Strabismus and Neuro-ophthalmology in the busiest eye hospitals in Delhi. She is experienced in the diagnosis and management of all children's eye disorders ranging from glasses to surgical management of complicated squints and nerve palsies. Her special interests are managing eye disorders in children with developmental delay, hereditary retinal disorders, problems with binocular co-ordination and eye trauma. She has numerous presentations in National and International conferences and journals. She also regularly talks to various parent forums to improve awareness and promote early diagnosis of eye disorders.
