The hospital is nice and so is the doctor . She listens very patiently and explains the situation. We instantly felt at ease with her but her assistant who checked us before her was very rude. There was only one chair ( for the attendant, she said ) and none for the patient … in fact she said you have to keep standing as they are following strict covid norms …. Really? No politeness ! She expected us to follow norms ( which we did) but she didnt even rinsed her hands before touching the eye . Sent us to the doctor immediately even when another patient was waiting before us … muttered something to the doc about us ** ***** ********** *** *** ******* ** * *** *** * Anyways Dr vanuli did try to tell us about the norms but she knew only one side of the story ….

I have never met such a nice doctor.I visited at Manipal hospital Dwarka for cataract and retina problem. Dr Vanuli Bajpai checked and explained me everything so nicely.
