**** ****** ** ***** she treated me as her family member, she was very concerned about the issue with me during my pregnancy. previously i was taking another doc treatment for pregnancy and i experienced heavy bleeding in second month which lasts for 40 days and other doc was not able to stop it. then i went to mam and my bleeding stopped in just 7 days. and cured other issues as well. i dont have enough words to express my gratitude for her. thankyou so much.

I was looking for a friendly doctor. Going by the practo review, I thought of consulting her. I booked an appointment with her at her clinic Sanjivni Care for 17 May 2018. The appointment was cancelled less than 2 hours before the appointment time. Then i rebooked her for 26 May 2018 on Fortis Shalimar Bagh since there would be somebody to see me if she becomes unavailable again. I am a CGHS beneficiary. Still I paid the entire consultancy fee since the doctor does not see CGHS patients on Saturday. My appointment was booked for 03.20 pm. I waited till 04.20 pm for my turn. Then my husband went to enquire about the time it would take for our turn. We were told there are three patients before me. To my surprise, I was called alone inside. The doctor scolded me in front of two other patients that what is the problem with me, how could i enquire about the time and that she is not interested in providing medical consultancy to me. I was shocked at her behaviour. Making an enquiry at appointment counter was insulting for her. I told her that i have not said a word. My husband just asked about the time it would take. She repeated the same line that she is not interested in seeing such patient a couple of times. I started crying being scolded for no reason. She started saying that she wants to cancel my invoice and wrote it on my consultncy slip that she will not be seeing me. I am completely shocked by her behviour *** ****** ******* *** ********* Such a disappointment.
