As far as the experience is concerned it should not be taken in the light of just the treatment..as far as the treatment is concerned it has been yielding awesome results but little more than that is the dedication that Dr Chatrath has in treating her patient which calls for an applause.It is like matter of life & death for her when it comes to her patient whereas her Genre seldom deals with life threatening disease but to cure her patient is her determination,her passion & her sincerity towards her profession .She comes across such a wonderful humble person who actually understands the state of mind her patient is going through.Immaculate precision is probably her biggest asset...

I appreciate the way Dr Vandana explains the problem, the potential causes of the problem and how the medicine will work, unlike some doctors who don't take time to explain things to their patients. Vandana was the first doctor in Delhi with whom I did not feel rushed.
She was polite, listened attentively and inspired confidence.
I loved how open she was she had no arrogance. How rare a trait is that in Delhi. Whether or not my Melasma goes it is immaterial. I spent 10,000 on meds because I trust her judgement.
I have seen Dr. Chatrath on one prior occasion, on which occasion I waited over 2 hours. I let this slide on that occasion since it was the first time I was seeing her and there apparently was a lot of paperwork, questionnaires etc being filled out with my patient history. I waited over 3 months to get this appointment.
My last appointment was on 5.7.16 on which date my next appointment was also fixed for 19.8. I received a call from the clinic rescheduling for 16.8 and I cleared my schedule to fit this appointment in. I canceled several meetings only because an appointment is so hard to come by. Before reaching the clinic I was worried that I was running late and also called to find out if they were running behind schedule and I was informed that they were right on schedule.
I reached the clinic, waited an hour, had to leave without seeing the doctor since I had clients waiting for me. Contrary to how the clinic is run, when I give people appointments I do not like to keep my clients waiting.
The doctor may be fine, but how she runs her practice leaves much to be desired. I have already expressed my consternation to the administrative staff, I trust it was communicated to the doctor. Furthermore, the "procedures" being conducted at the facility are elective and there is no question of a doctor being suddenly occupied because of an "emergency". The clinic is just badly run.
I have been going to her ever since I was a teenager and haven't gone to anyone else since. I fly down from New York just to see her.
She is compassionate and genuinely concerned about the patients well-being. She is well informed and also well aware of the latest treatments and medicines. My entire family swears by Dr. Vandana Chatrath. She is incredible.
the doctor just knows her job . too good . these are the kind of doctors we need in society nationally and internationally/ sje does know her subject thoroughly and is devoted very complete as a doctor can be . she handled mydaughter skin very well and will for life.

Dr. Vandana has been a wonder doc for me so far. **** ** ********* *** ******* ********* ** * ** **** **** ****** She had me clear in 6 months!! Still going to her for acne scars and so far very happy with her step by step approach to getting the desired result. Totally recommend her to anyone who has recurring acne. All the best!!
Very good dermatologist. ..my skin has revived after following what she prescribed for me so much so that I have friends asking me what procedure has been done on my skin since it has cleared so much. She knows her job well. Already many of my friends n relatives have started visiting her for skin care after seeing the change in my face.
Well initially I went for hair fall and dandruff..She prescribed lotion and medicine that had shown visible results.She also prescribed creams for my under eye dark circles and sunscreen too..I think she is a great doctor.
