Dr. Urvashi Anand is an RCI registered Clinical Psychologist with a graduation and masters degree from University of Delhi, a one-year clinical internship from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, an M.Phil. from Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Sciences (IHBAS), New Delhi and Ph.D. from the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS), Bangalore. She is proficient in psychological testing for ADHD, LD, and personality issues. She is a member of the World Health Organization: Global Clinical Practice Network (WHO-GCPN), American Psychological Association (APA), and the Indian Association for Child & Adolescent Mental Health (I.A.C.A.M.). In 2013 she has been featured in The Week Magazine article titled “Mindfully Yours.” She is regularly invited as a resource person for several workshops and leads groups on stress reduction, emotional regulation/ intelligence, interpersonal communication, trust, addiction, positive psychology, mindfulness, creativity and leadership at schools, universities, hospitals, NGOs and corporate settings.
