Dr. Upasna Bhagat

Though I would recommend the dr. Upasana Bhagat, but the experience was pathetic. *** ************** ***** ** **** *** *** *********** You get a feeling of being fleeced as for even showing your reports you are charged, that is unfair. More than the money, it is lack of time management. There is no follow through to the appointments and u keep waiting for hours even after getting a confirmed appointment. A good Dr gets bad reviews because if in competent staff.. sad..this is one aspect which will determine me from visiting the Dr.again .. wish her all the best.

It has been 26 years that my family is being treated by her and Bhagat Hospital.

I can say that she is God on earth who saved us many times.

My daughter got married in Punjabi family. When there is emergency medical aid required at her delivery, we approached to Dr. UPASANA, again my daughter was in safe hands as blessed with baby boy. Both mother and baby are in good health. Her In-laws family was also surprised the way Dr. Upasana handled the case.

My wife always told me the behaviors of Doctor Nisha is not so professional and she is not even bothering for so many things/queries she ask her.

But she ignored everything.

Everything was going good untill 9th month of pregnancy start. They ask for color doppler ultrasound test. We do it after a week from it suggested. Doctor Upasana had done that ultrasound. *** *** ****** *** *** **** *** ****** ********* *****

Lets come the report part when my wife go to doctor to show the report at same time.

Doctor Upasana Doctor Nisha and Doctor Ashu was there in the room with my wife, they told her that there is cord around neck, water level is low and your BP is also high. There might be the chance we have to operate you for delivery. My wife gets panic and didn't understand anything. She ask them to call me inside the room.

Due to covid they allow only one person inside the room so my wife get outside and I went inside and they told same story to me as well.

My wife was so much in stress after that doctor visit.

We have visited there on 18th July 2020, Saturday. Doctor asked me to visit them every 3 days from now.

I have never go there and wend to a Govt hospital on same day in emergency. **** ** ***** *** ********* ** *** **** *** **** ********** ***** ****** *** ***** ***** ** ***** ** **** ******

We were still in panic mode, but never went to Bhagat Hospital

I have decided to go for another Ultrasound test from outside the Bhagat Hospital. * **** ** **** ** *** **** *****

On 24th July 2020, we went for another ultrasound *** ** ** ***** ****** *** ********** ******* ******* *** ** ********* **** ****** ***** ********* ***** *** **** *** ***** *** **

On 28th July 2020 we blessed with a baby girl and its with normal delivery ** **** *** ******** **** *** ***** ** **** *** ** **** *********** ** **** ** *** ** *** * ******* *** ***** *** ******* **** ****** ****** ***** ******** ****** ****** **** ******* **** ***** ***** ****** *** ***** ********** ******* *** ** **** ****** ****** ****** *** ****** ***** ** *** **** ******* ********** *****

*** ***** ******* *** ****** ** **** ******** ** ** ******** ****** I went to see Dr Upasana Bhagat in the 1st month of my Pregnancy and in first month itself she called me four time a month. there was no complication *** *********** *** **** **** ** ******** *** ***** ********* ***** ***** **** **** **** ***** **** ****** ********* ******* * * ***** ********* ******* ******* the staff was poor in handling the patients. all the four appointments I had to wait for 2 hours for the doctor because the staff said there is an emergency case. Also on call the staff is not polite. all I did in the hospital was to wait. once I was there in the ultrasound bed waiting for the doctor to come.. but doctor took her own sweet time *** ******* **** * ****** ** *** ****** ****** *** made me wait for 30 min.very poor experience

Have been going for 6 months now. The appointment on Practo doesnt matter in this hospital. They put you on a list irrespective of the time of apointment. The doctor always is minimum 45min late.

According to my experience, the medication suited well for me but most of the time I didnt get the attention from doctor. She sees two patients at a time sometimes.

And for taking tests, she always recommends the inhouse untrasound eventhough there is a dedicated lab inthe hospital **** **** ******** *******. And she has an assistant doctor who writes the lab prescription when sometimes went wrong in my case.

Overall bad experience as I had to wait for 1 to 1.5hr every visit and even after that no proper attention.

First of all, let me be honest, am usually a very lazy person & I have never put any review anywhere for anybody for anything. I usually don't like things until they are 100% correct. So this kind of review coming out from me is probably one of the biggest thing at least for me. And I would also like to mention that am writing this review with immense pleasure & gratefulness to Dr. Upasana Bhagat. Believe me I have tried many other doctors in Delhi/NCR but never across such a humble person like her. She is so caring, down to earth, graceful & more importantly she explain each & everything about my health since am in my second trimester of pregnancy. *** ** * **** ************* ****** * **** ****** ********** This has been a great experience visting Dr. Upasana Bhagat. She is a very kind humble and down to earth lady.she explain us everything very clearly.she give us time,she listen to our problem,she suggested us wht for us all abut she is a very nice person i reccommend all my female freinds who are facing some problem might visit her once.
