I need to share something

I have paid online for my both of my appointments but for my last appointment which was on 22.4.2022 I by mistake booked video consultation instead of clinic consultation and I was completely unaware about that. When I reached clinic doctor told me that you are booked for video consultation I checked and she was right. So, I asked her what is the solution Mam, She said I will cancel this appointment from my end and I am writing that patient asked to cancel and you will get your money back from Practo and you need to pay here at my clinic. I said fine. She said that she cancelled it by mentioning that patient asked to cancel and as discussed I paid 700 at her clinic. But I never got my money back from Practo aslo the app is adoring for my feedback for video consultation.

Highly disappointed.

Please look into the matter and give my money back as son as possible.

Dr Sunita is highly trained and an accomplished doctor. She has extended excellent support to my wife Aarzoo when she was to undergo the major surgical operation.

She has not only informed her of the problem and solution but also let me understand the problem in the simplest way possible. During the operation she has taken the utmost care and after the operation too she guided even the nursing staff of the smallest of the care to be taken of the patient.

I visited her on 16th March, 2020 which is obvious the tests would take one day atleast and visited her on the second day. Despite that she charged again INR 500 ..just to show reports of the tests recommended by her. First day she charged 600 for consultation and 200 for UPT.. can u imagine that... She was ************* insisting to plan for the second child..pat*etic... don't visit her clinic

In just one month I have seen positive result with Dr. Sunita's treatment. Though my pregnancy is not confirmed yet at the time if writing this feedback but other indicators of infertility like follicular count, hormone levels have improved considerably and reached the expected levels in young women within 35 years of age. I am 37.
