I asked him to wait for 10 minutes and he agreed to it coz it was raining when I was going to clinic and i explained to him that my sister's daughter who is 1.5 years old had some skin related issues ad she was really suffering but when I reached the clinic he wasn't there at the clinic and I was just 10 minutes late.
