The doctor, Dr. Sumit Monga, was very good and had a wonderful manner. He listened to me carefully and understood my concerns. I would rate my experience with him a full five and would definitely recommend him to others. However, the staff at the eye check department were not attentive and did not listen to me properly, which was disappointing.
I am satisfied with Dr. Sumit Monga. He explained everything clearly and I felt well cared for during the consultation. The clinic and staff were also fine, and I would recommend this doctor.

The doctor was good, but the overall experience was very time-consuming. We had to wait for six to seven hours, which is not acceptable especially for elderly patients.
