Doctor is nice and I have been visiting her since my sone was born in 2023. However, even after booking from practo, i was made to wait between walk in appointments. My child is 18 months with high grade fever (103 degrees) and i had to wait Atleast 25 mins for my turn even after reaching 10 mins before my scheduled time. On top of that, the female assistant with the doctor is quite rude. I understand that there might be many patients back to back but kindness goes a long way specially to parents who are already stressed with their child's health. I hope they rectify this. Thanks.
