Dr. Sonia Baijal (Physiotherapist)

It's very rare to find doctors like Sonia that go out of their way to listen to you and help you even when you're not visiting the clinic. I visited her months ago. But I still turn to her whenever I need physio advice. My back issue was more serious than I thought - discovered a large extruded disc that may require surgical intervention soon. But when I went to her I was in severe pain and couldn't walk straight. 4 days of her treatment had me up and moving and able to return to work. Truly grateful.

I availed of home-based physiotherapy care. Dr Sonia was prompt on agreed timings. She has a pleasant demeanour and despite being assured that I was doing my exercises regularly at after session times, she would nevertheless make it a point to check each time. When she was indisposed for a brief period, she regularly tracked me on my progress. Most importantly, she gave me the confidence to return to normal life.

I had gone to Dr. Baijal for a back spasm which had been repetitively plaguing me for the last year. Thanks to the treatment offered at her clinic, her explanation of the symptoms and their causes, precautions I need to take, and measures to strengthen my back, I have now reached a stage where I feel fitter than ever before.
