I have visited many dentists but have not come across a dentist as competent as Dr. Agarwal. What stands out is that all patients are personally attended to by Dr. Agarwal herself. She makes you understand the entire treatment plan. She is one of those rare doctors who still insist on conservative and ethical practice.

visited Dr shivani for my root canal treatment after checking the reviews and getting to know that she is working in Apollo hospital and is certified doctor.However my experience is not good.When we first visited her she looked very enthusiastic doctor who wanted to save my tooth *** ********* ** ****** ** ** **** *** ** **** ****** ** **** ***** **** ** ** she completed the root canal treatment in two visits but I continued to have pain which increased with time so I tried to book an appointment for her then came second wave of corona so it got further delayed .After the lockdown when we went to her she wasted one visit of ours because her x-ray machine was not working which coulndt have been intimated prior basis so that it couldn't have wasted our time .Then on next visit she did an x-ray and told me that she has found another canal in my tooth that's a baby canal and she flushed it now so I will not be having any further issues with it .On that day itself she mentioned if this fixes my tooth pain she will charge for permanent filling which I dint understand that day .After that visit she started ignoring me but as my pain was not subsided I was still trying to visit her.When I called her she was reluctant to give me an appointment but when I asked her to complete my treatment she started asking for more fees.**** * **** *** **** ** *** ***** *** ****** **** ***** ** ***** **** * **** ******* **** *** *** ** ********* *** ****** ******** **** * ********** ** **** ******* *** **** *** *** ********* **** ********* *

Dr Aggarwal has a very warm approach and takes care to make the patient feel comfortable. In particular, her approach is gentle and she tries to make sure that the more uncomfortable parts of the tooth cleaning process is done slowly with lots of space in between for the patient to recover.

She takes the time to fully understand the patients dental history and proceed accordingly. In my case, as I have a history of dental issues, it was great to go visit her as she takes the time out to explain issues and suggest methods of after care.

The LOVLIEST DENTIST I'VE EVER SEEN!!! So tender, so understanding, willing to explain the onward actions on your teeth. Fights for the original tooth till the end, I mean she always tries to heal / keep the original tooth. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL WHO IS SCARED OF DENTISTS!!!! My whole family visits Dr.Shivani : me, my spouse even my teenage son!! She inspired my son to cure his tooth!!! She can have trust with adults as well as kids. Dr Shivani is extremely professional, as well as, caring at the same time. She keeps the interest of the patient at the forefront all the time. Unlike, some other dentists that I have visited, she is not money-minded and always presents all the options available. She also takes out the time to explain the pro and cons of various options and works with the patient to formulate optimal course of treatment. The clinic has friendly staff and nice ambience. Shivani has a very fine hand. I did not even realise when the injection was given and entire treatment was painless and efficient. Crown fitted well the very first time without needing any adjustment. She even goes a step further and is okay with even some material getting wasted for the best results.
