Dr Shivangi Kumar Batra is very well versed professional and very clearly explained the entire procedure and made me fully aware of all the pros and cons of the treatment before and after the treatment was done. ******** ****** At first, they couldn't find the email of the charts and x-rays my previous dentist sent. Then they seemed perplexed that I wanted x-rays even though it had been a year since I'd last had them. Who knows if they more than glanced at them. They also didn't apply fluoride, so when I realized it after I'd left I had to take time out of my day to drive across town again. Seemingly 100% focused on aesthetics rather than actual dental health. They also quoted me a lower price over the phone than what they charged me after the procedure. I won't be going back.
