I am writing to share my recent experience during my visit for a routine health test for my wife (PAP Smear), with Dr. Shipra Gupta. My appointment was scheduled for 10:15 AM, but the doctor did not arrive until 12:30 PM.
While I understand that delays can occur, I was disappointed by the lack of communication regarding the wait. When I asked about the reason for the delay, Dr. Gupta responded rather rudely, suggesting that my wife & I should have more patience.
I believe that patient care should encompass not just medical expertise but also respect and understanding for patients' time and challenges.
