more..I had a pain radiating in my arm from my neck because of my sedentary job/lifestyle. Dr. Shikha helped me with relieving the pain through physiotherapy and also showed me several exercises to strengthen my neck and shoulder muscles. It was a good experience. Completely recommended Dr. Shikha; she is very helpful.
