Dr. Shekhar Tanwar

Just to give you a background i've been facing breathing issues for last couple of years and have been taking nebulizers and inhaler 5-6 times a month.

I was referred to Dr. Shekhar by a friend and I will thank the friend for the rest of my life.

Dr. Shekhar is an experienced Doctor with a extremely good knowledge of Ayurveda. He listened to my problem at length and asked me a few questions. He kind of understood what i was going through as a patient and was very empathetic.

He has recommended me a couple of medicines. There is a powder/mixture which i need to take with Honey and there is a liquid Syrup which needs to be taken orally.

It has been more than 2 months since i've been using his medicine and i can totally see the change in my body. In the last couple of months i've taken nebulizer only once and that too when I had visited Manali on a vacation.

I would recommend Dr. Shekhar for all your ayurvedic needs especially if you are suffering from any respiratory disease.
