I was struck by the second wave of the Coronavirus in India, and with the hospitals overflowing and oxygen running out, I was in a state of panic when I contracted the infection showing moderate symptoms.
Dr. Shashi came through almost miraculously to guide with well-informed expert advice, calming me at each step, reinstating self-belief and offering an apt prescription in the nick of time. She stood strong throughout the journey, issuing advice at each step and helping overcome each symptom small or big through tele-consultation.
