On the doctor side it was really good . Explanation of the health issue I was suffering from was very satisfactory. My actual problem is still not diagnosed but Dr. Saurabh is working very hard on it and I am happy for that .
The only bad experience I got it from the administrative side. After taking online appointment in advance I had to wait for 1 hour and the people whom appointment time was after me, they were going before my turn.
Hoped for better: Wait time
Today when i reached hospital,prior to early taken appointment, the opd receptionist has given me token number 5 and said you have come late. i have booked second appointment but there is no consideration if this. If i have come late for first time,i have put next and the doctor who has come late all the time,there is no accountability for that and no compensation for wastage of time.
