I would like to highly recommend my doctor. He is exceptionally caring and attentive, always taking the time to listen to his patients. His explanations are clear, detailed, and easy to understand, which builds ***** trust and confidence in his treatment.

I consulted Dr. Saptarshi Bhattacharya for my mother’s diabetes, *** ** *** * ***** *********** He patiently listened to all our concerns and explained the condition and treatment plan clearly. His calm *** ************* approach gave us a lot of confidence.

A special thanks to Dr. Simran, the Resident Doctor, who took detailed history and gave helpful suggestions. She was very attentive and caring throughout.

Both doctors were professional, kind, and thorough. Highly recommended for diabetes and endocrine care!

A doctor is someone who, by keeping your test reports in front of him, understands your pain more from the look on your face than from your words, and Dr. Bhattacharya has removed half of my pain and concerns with his expressions.

The prescribed medicines have started showing effects from the first dose.

I am a diabetic patient..I consulted doctor for the first time in August 2016 at his private clinic at sector 62 Noida.. since then I am visiting the doctor regularly..However my health could not become better..but that is not my complaint cz i really have faith in this doctor..

all my complaint is about the behaviour of this doctor *** *** ************* ********* ******* *** ***********

his clinic does not has proper sitting arrangement.. patients have to stand for upto 60 min in for waiting for their turn to meet doctor, however he hike his fees easily..

Last week on 15th may 2017, i visited doctor.. when i went there i find doctor denying looking to patients even after giving them appointments as the AC was not working properly.. His staff started denying to the patients that is doctor is not willing to look anymore as AC is not working properly... doctor has some arrangement with Dr. Lals Pathlab there and he also sits inside the Lab's office.. even after arrangement of a well to do aircooler, doctor denied looking patients and he was actually very arrogant.. I am a witness of this insidence.. when i talked to other patients present there, most of them had complaints about the doctors ************* ******** ******* *********.somehow i could meet the doctor..

after two days I had an urgency to talk to the doctor as he suggested starting insulin to me and i due to unawareness stored the insulin into the freezer and it could not work after that..i found on internet that insuklin should not be kept inside the freezer..after this my bloodsugar spiked.. i wanted to ask the doctor however could not had his number.. i found doctors no on internet and called up... i called him several times however he did not pick my call...i even dropped a msg of urgency but he did not replied.. i tried calling her atleast 20 times and once some lady picked the call and talked to me very loud and in unfair manner..i asked about my problem and she replied to me in these words--- you should not call the doctor for all these queries, doctor has his priorities, you should learn on google... i was so angry and amazed with this reply that what a doctors priority is if not taking care of his patient.. every patient has his doctors personal number for urgency however this doctor does not give it to patients nor his staff give it.. Even i knw that lady who talked to me this rude way..she was the only one who was sitting with the doctor that day when i visited doctor..

I visited him at Max Hospital for my mother's thyroid problem. I wouldn't recommend this Doctor to anyone. Doctor was arrogant, didn't explain the problems neither did listened to my mother's issues. First of all, the Doctor arrived at 11:40 AM when my appointment was of 11:00AM for which I had paid in advance two days ago. Apologising is a far cry, Dr didn't show a tinge of respect and empathy with my mother. My mother was very stressed and suffered extreme fatigue due to high TSH level which the Dr blatantly ignored. ******** ** *** **** ** ****** ******* ** *************** this Dr didn't even paid heed to my mother's swelled neck and ****** called it 'fat' and stated it doesn't happen because of thyroid. ********** ** **** **** ** ******* *** ****** **** **** **** **** **** *** ***** Didn't listen when my mother complaint of pain in the swelled part. ** **** ***** ******* ******** ** ** ****** ** ** ******** ** * ******** ** ******* **** *** * ******* **** **** Moreover, he didn't even asked any question, ***** *** ******* ****** ********** **** *** *** ******** *** ** **** ********* ** *** **** ********* ** ******** **** this Dr asking about patient is too much when he doesn't even pays heed to the problems explained by patient. Moreover, he didn't advise a single thing. ***** ** ******* ***** ********* ******** ******* *** *** ******* Nothing. A doctor who has not listened to the problem of a Super Senior Citizen Diabetic patient. He just kept asking for previous six month record of blood sugar. When he was told that earlier doctor prescribed these medications & diet, he started cursing them. He is not fit to be a doctor. A doctor is supposed to help patients and not put them in further problems. He may be well qualified & experienced doctor but his behaviour & callous attitude has shown his stubbornness. If I had option to give negative ranking it would have been Lowest possible. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

My mother in law had thyroid ..we consulted him online only.. and her thyroid has improved drastically!! We have never visited his clinic or taken any physical appointment ever.. only on video calls and online consultation.. he has cured my mother in law’s thyroid!

The doctor visit was so bad that I never will ask anyone else to go to him. ************** ** **** not listening to patient. And the best part of the prescribed meeting was the while time either he was looking at his computer or let the Dietician do the talking. Bad experience if possible I would be going with 0/5 stars

The doctor is very positive towards the problem of the patient. He is most likely a happy go like person.

His lap top was giving some problem due to some connection but never find any irritation towards his job.
