Every time I visited to the doctor always he was busy on call. Every time repeat same medicine multiple test ******* ******* *** ****** Always late to reach hospital.

Booked appointment through Practo. When reached hospital on scheduled time, the receptionist told that doctor doesn't come in Sundays. They dont have any information about online appointments. I travelled from Ghaziabad to Nehru Place ( almost 50 km) in 45 degrees temperature , and git to hear these 2 3 lines from the hospital. Deeply disappointed by this. I think something needs to be done by practo so that patients do not face these kind of harassment.

The doctor was really good. The staff were not. They did NOT respect the apportionment time and kept sending in patients who came after us and expected us to keep waiting. Would highly recommend Dr. Sanjay.
