The Max hospital called at 8 at night to cancel a pre booked appointment. When we requested for another appointment asked us to speak to the secretary and gave us the number. When we contacted the secretary, Lovely, she rudely asked us not to call her then.
The doctor and his team along with the medical supritendant and entire team at the Max hospital were very unapproachable and rude. There is no personal care-not the kind of Doctor we would want to go to for our family in the future.
Listen very less to the patient. Hardly give time to listen to the agonies through which patient is going. Always in a very hurry. Even do not spend ten minutes time for which patient is paying huge consultation charges. Will be busy in typing only
