My name is Rinki Chandra. I had been suffering from sinusitis since May 2016. I used to have a constant cold, frequent sneezing, and a blocked nose throughout the day. I always needed a towel with me due to continuous nasal discharge.

In 2020, I consulted Dr. Vishwambhar Singh at IMS BHU. He recommended surgery, which I underwent on 10th March 2020. Unfortunately, I did not get any proper post-surgery care. I was discharged the very next day and called for follow-up only twice. I felt that my sinus issues were not treated properly. No sinus openings were cleared during the surgery, and my symptoms soon returned.

In 2024, I consulted Dr. Sandeep Arora. He is a very kind and experienced ENT specialist. He listened to all my problems patiently and explained the treatment and surgical procedure very clearly. I had my sinus surgery done by him recently, on Saturday, 26th April 2025.

Dr. Arora not only performed the surgery successfully but also explained everything to my parents, which gave us a lot of confidence. Today, I am extremely happy. I can breathe properly, my cough and cold are gone, and I no longer feel embarrassed or uncomfortable in front of others. Before this, my hearing was also affected, but now everything is fine.

As a physical education teacher, my sinus problems had affected my confidence and daily life. But now, after treatment by Dr. Sandeep Arora sir and his amazing team, I feel healthy, confident, and thankful.

I consulted Dr. Sandeep Arora for my domestic help. She had been suffering from vertigo attacks on a daily basis since end of September 2020. In between September to November-end, she consulted a physician, a neurologist and an ENT specialist. All three doctors prescribed different treatments and medicines. None of the prescribed treatments had any effects on her and the vertigo attacks continued to be frequent and severe.

My husband had heard of an ENT specialist of repute who has a clinic in our locality. After doing some research, he was able to get in touch with Dr. Sandeep Arora and fixed a consultation for our domestic help.The first impression was excellent. He made us feel comfortable instantly and showed lots of care and patience in listening to us and asking specific questions in order to diagnose the problem.

His conclusion was unambiguous and clear. He explained that she was affected by a condition of the inner-ear called Meniere's disease. He explained at length and in a detailed manner the symptoms and the treatment plan.

My domestic help started the medicines the same day in the evening. From the next day, her vertigo had vanished. In the following two weeks she improved 90 percent. We were convinced that at last, her diagnosis was accurate thanks to Dr. Sandeep Arora. The medicines also did wonder and were perfectly well tolerated without side effects.

He is one of the most knowledgeable, gentle and caring doctor I've met. It's obvious that he cares deeply for his patients. He is approachable and ensure that we receive all information on the diagnosis and the treatment plan.

I visited Dr. Sandeep for my mother. She had been having breathing and sleep issues since long and was diagnosed with a cyst in her left sinus by a doctor in Faridabad. We weren't however satisfied with the doctor and hence, decided to consult Dr. Sandeep after looking at his reviews and credentials. He was prompt to correctly diagnose the issue and was patient enough to look at all the CT scans online. He suggested we go for a surgery and assured that it would fix the issue permanently. He was kind enough to grant us an appointment the very next day for an endoscopy and guided us extremely well during the treatment, right till the day of the surgery. Even after getting discharged from the hospital, whenever my mother had any complaint, he was available over calls and messages, sometimes even during odd hours. We have been more than satisfied with our experience.
