I consulted Dr. Sandeep Arora for my domestic help. She had been suffering from vertigo attacks on a daily basis since end of September 2020. In between September to November-end, she consulted a physician, a neurologist and an ENT specialist. All three doctors prescribed different treatments and medicines. None of the prescribed treatments had any effects on her and the vertigo attacks continued to be frequent and severe.

I visited Dr. Sandeep for my mother. She had been having breathing and sleep issues since long and was diagnosed with a cyst in her left sinus by a doctor in Faridabad. We weren't however satisfied with the doctor and hence, decided to consult Dr. Sandeep after looking at his reviews and credentials. He was prompt to correctly diagnose the issue and was patient enough to look at all the CT scans online. He suggested we go for a surgery and assured that it would fix the issue permanently. He was kind enough to grant us an appointment the very next day for an endoscopy and guided us extremely well during the treatment, right till the day of the surgery. Even after getting discharged from the hospital, whenever my mother had any complaint, he was available over calls and messages, sometimes even during odd hours. We have been more than satisfied with our experience. For me, assurance that the treatment would fix the medical issue and associated complexities completely, is what matters the most and that's one box Dr. Sandeep checked very well. Not only has my mother been feeling much better but she's also very content with the follow up. Can't thank him enough for all the care and assistance all through and recommend him completely.
