They have a very good understanding for special needs and take care of the tiniest thing, they know exactly.... how to support the needs of the children and provide a very clear picture to the parents and care givers about what, how n why....hardly feels like a dental set up...feels more like.... A hub for "Smiles - Ever After"....What I loved most about them was their approach ....Prevention and Spreading Awareness.....Which I believe is much needed....rather than waiting till the last minute and treating...

Dr. Sanchit is really a great and wonderful Pedodontist. He understands your kids dental problem and listen every concern of yours very calmly. He makes your child relax and comfortable which in turns gives you (parent) mental peace that you are at the right place.

My son got SDF treatment which we never heard about but

Dr. Sanchit is very good right from explaining the treatment, the risk n benefits, expenses, giving suitable time slot, follow up calls till completing the job. After first visit he gave us time to go through some useful links/online videos to know more about SDF treatment and get back to him for any further queries. We did that and all our worries answered properly. This makes for us easy to take a decision on SDF treatment. He is a true professional and does his job with so much ease and perfection.

Also appreciate the hygienic standards of the clinic and behaviour of every staff member. Mostly i like the play area for kids which is a wonderful concept and well maintained.

We approached Tooth Tales with my 3.5 year old child, who had severe dental caries.

We were aware of the issue, but somehow neither regular brushing nor mouthwashes like Listerine/Plax helped, and the teeth started withering even further. It might have been our use of non-Fluoride based toothpastes for kids, and poor dental hygiene after meals.

Both Dr. Sanchit and Dr. Shivika approached the problem in a very nice and calm manner, and showed us other case studies as well.

This helped calm us down and the overall child friendly atmosphere helped soothe my child. It was great to see someone who really understood child psychology, and this helped my child accept the treatment better. My child is not afraid of the clinic or the procedures anymore rather he genuinely feels excited about the visit.

The treatment suggest to us was Fluoride Polish application combined with SDF, and my child's teeth have remained more or less at the same level since, despite the lock-down and no dental visit in the last 6 months.

Their counselling has even helped us take better care of our own teeth, since we are now more aware about dental hygiene.

Overall this clinic is great for children with specialized equipment and doctors. Just like how you'd take your child to a pediatrician first, as opposed to a general physician, this is perfect for children and their teeth ailments.

As soon as appointment is received depending on mutual comfortability of time and need of the hour, with minimal wait time (as strictly followed to be appointment based), we get to meet the team for check up. Patience that too with children is a test and that too for doctors when they need to treat the patient is a big challenge, but how simply this team handles it is exceptional. Personalized touch, great care and right treatment is what is the USP of this team as I see. Amazing people. Thankful that they have been conscious to give services here in India.

This is one place where it feels like I should have been a kid to get my treatment done/this kind of place and expertise should have existed in our times.

Strongly NOT recommended.

We thought we found a good pedo for my child as he was talking big things about the behavior and pyschology of children. Even we recommended him to my colleague.

But the moment he started the treatement of my 6 year old son (filling work), he was so rude and scolded him like anything just because he was not co-operating as per his expectations and was getting little scared. We felt so embarrased.

All kids are different and that's where pedo comes into the picture. If pedo assumes kid to behave in mature way, then why would we come to you, we would prefer to go to a regular dentist.

Place is good, kid's friendly

I was so concerned about the cavities and the decay of teeth of my son.

One of my relatives, recommend for Dr. Sanchit. And actually he is a good doctor, he understands the psychology of a kid and a parent too.

They use oral sedation+ laughing gas to calm the kid as I feel is good option rather then anesthesia.

He used SDF on few teeth to stop the damage and crown on 2 teeth where it is needed.

The crowning method for kids is quite better than the adults capping.

I am just waiting for few days too see the result.
